Full-time · PuneBusiness Developer
Defence and government sales cycles run in months, not weeks. If that timeline doesn’t frustrate you, this role might.

Relationships, not cold calls
We’ve run field demonstrations and acceptance trials with the Indian Army and other partners, and every one of those started with someone building a relationship long before a purchase order existed. That someone would be you — understanding what a defence unit, a government body or an enterprise client is actually trying to solve, and staying in the conversation through trials, evaluations and the paperwork in between.
You won’t be selling a spec sheet. You’ll be the person who can explain what Vision 2.0 or the GCS actually does, in a room full of people deciding whether to trust an indigenous platform over an imported one.
Where this role actually sits
Outreach
Identify and approach defence, government and enterprise prospects who need what we build.
Trials & Demos
Coordinate field demonstrations and acceptance trials alongside our engineering team.
Proposals
Put together the technical and commercial proposals a procurement process actually needs.
Relationship Management
Stay the point of contact through a cycle that can run well past a single quarter.
More important than a sales background
- You can sit through a slow procurement process without losing the thread of the relationship
- Comfortable being the non-engineer in a room full of engineers, and translating between them and a client
- Defence, aerospace or industrial B2B experience helps, but isn’t a hard requirement
- You’d rather understand a client’s actual problem than push a fixed pitch

Tell us about a deal you closed
Not a resume bullet — the actual story. What made it slow, what almost killed it, how it closed. That tells us more than a list of past titles.
This isn’t the only seat open
Four other roles are open right now, across engineering and AI.
