It is issued in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder.

1. Who we are

Decouvertes Future Tech Private Limited is a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at A-414, Gera’s Imperium Gateway, Near Nashik Phata Flyover, Opp. Bhosari Metro Station, Kasarwadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra – 411034, India. We are the data fiduciary responsible for personal data processed as described in this notice.

2. Personal data we collect

This website has no sign-up, account, online forms or payment processing. We collect personal data only in the following ways:

  • Information you send us. When you email hello@decouvertes.in, call us, or otherwise contact us, we receive your name, email address, phone number, employer or organisation, and the contents of your message (which may include details of your requirement, project or application).
  • Technical and usage data. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, the pages you view on our site, and the date and time of access. This is used for security, diagnostics and to keep the site running.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data through this website, and we ask that you do not send us any such data by email unless it is necessary and you are authorised to share it.

3. How we use personal data

  • To respond to your enquiries, provide information, quotations and proposals, and to arrange demonstrations or meetings.
  • To manage our relationship with customers, partners, suppliers and applicants.
  • To operate, secure, maintain and improve this website.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations, including those applicable to the aerospace, defence and unmanned-aircraft sectors.
  • To establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We process personal data where you have provided it to us for a specified purpose, where processing is necessary to take steps at your request, to comply with law, or for our legitimate business interests in operating and promoting our business in a manner that does not override your interests and rights.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store minimal technical data required for the site to display correctly. Certain third-party components embedded in our pages (see below) may set their own cookies or collect data when those components load; that processing is governed by the relevant third party’s own privacy policy. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

5. Third-party services

  • Google Maps. Our Contact page embeds a map from Google. When that map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
  • Google Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google’s font service, which may involve a request to Google servers.
  • Hosting. The website is served by our hosting provider, which processes technical data on our behalf as a data processor.

6. Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data with: service providers who process data on our behalf (such as hosting and email providers) under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms; professional advisers (legal, accounting, insurance); a purchaser or successor in the event of a business transfer; and government authorities, courts or regulators where required by law or to protect our rights. Where personal data is transferred outside India by our service providers, we take steps intended to ensure it remains protected consistent with this notice and applicable law.

7. How long we keep it

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above — typically for the duration of our correspondence or relationship with you, and thereafter for the period required to meet legal, tax, accounting or regulatory requirements or to resolve disputes. Server logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to: access the personal data we hold about you; have it corrected or updated if it is inaccurate or incomplete; have it erased where it is no longer required; withdraw any consent you have given; and nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. To make a request, email hello@decouvertes.in with “[Privacy]” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

9. Security

We maintain reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process, including access controls and secure communications. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; email in particular is not a secure channel, and you send information to us at your own risk.

10. Children

This website and our products are directed at businesses and government bodies, not at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be available on this page.
