These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at www.decouvertes.in (the “Site”), operated by Decouvertes Future Tech Private Limited (“Decouvertes”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India with its registered office at A-414, Gera’s Imperium Gateway, Near Nashik Phata Flyover, Opp. Bhosari Metro Station, Kasarwadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra – 411034, India. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
- Use of the Site. You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems; introduce malware or conduct any attack; scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Site except with our prior written consent; or use the Site to transmit unsolicited communications.
- Intellectual property. The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, page layout, design and the “Decouvertes” name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Decouvertes and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. No other use, reproduction, distribution, modification or creation of derivative works is permitted without our prior written consent.
- Product and specification information. Descriptions, specifications, images, performance figures and other information on the Site relating to our platforms and services are provided for general information only. They are indicative, may be based on internal testing under specific conditions, and are subject to change or discontinuation without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty, or a commitment to supply. Any supply of products or services is subject to a separate written agreement, which will prevail over the Site in the event of any inconsistency.
- Regulatory and export matters. Unmanned aircraft and related equipment are regulated in India and in many other jurisdictions. The manufacture, sale, transfer, import, export, possession and operation of such equipment may require licences, registrations, permissions and airspace clearances from authorities including the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), the Ministry of Defence and other bodies. Nothing on the Site is an offer or solicitation to sell to any person, in any place, or for any purpose where doing so would be unlawful. You are responsible for ensuring that your enquiry, purchase and intended use comply with all laws applicable to you.
- Third-party links and components. The Site may contain links to, or embedded components from, third-party websites and services (for example, an embedded map). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Links do not imply endorsement.

- Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law to the contrary.
